Information collected

The fit-request form collects your name, business email, company, optional website and role, company-size range, number of workflows, timing, and an optional description of the business decision you are trying to make. The site hosting service may also process ordinary technical data needed to deliver and secure the site.

How the information is used

Information is used to review whether AI Workflow Triage fits your request, respond to you, administer a potential purchase, deliver the service if you proceed, maintain business records, and protect the site from misuse. When you submit the form, an email communications provider sends a confirmation link to the address you entered. The service inbox receives the fit-request notification only after that address is confirmed.

What not to submit

Do not submit credentials, personal records, protected health information, payment-card data, regulated data, client records, confidential documents, trade secrets, or security-sensitive information through the fit-request form.

Sharing and sale

Fit-request information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers that support site hosting, storage, communications, payment, and business administration, only as needed for those functions. It may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect legal rights and security.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of fit-request information by replying to any communication you receive about the request or emailing service@changecollaboration.com. Some records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
