Website and service terms

These terms apply to this website and the AI Workflow Triage service provided by Change Collaboration LLC. An order confirmation, invoice, or separate services agreement may add or replace terms for a specific purchase.

Fit requests

Submitting a fit request does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or require either party to proceed. A purchase is confirmed only when scope, timing, and payment are accepted.

Standard scope

The standard $795 service compares up to five qualifying workflows and provides a decision readout. It does not include software configuration, technical architecture, implementation, vendor procurement, legal or regulatory review, security approval, or ongoing support unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Timing and client responsibilities

The standard 72 business-hour delivery period begins after payment, a complete intake, and any required clarification are received. You are responsible for providing accurate information, responding to clarification requests, and ensuring that you have permission to share all submitted content.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of information and materials you provide. After full payment, you may use the final client-facing readout for your internal business purposes. Change Collaboration LLC retains ownership of its preexisting and underlying methods, evaluation logic, scoring, templates, know-how, prompts, frameworks, and reusable materials. No right to train a model on, reverse engineer, resell, publish, or create derivative commercial products from those materials is granted.

Independent decision support

Recommendations are based on the information provided and are intended to support business judgment. They do not replace technical validation, security or privacy review, legal advice, financial advice, regulatory approval, or management decisions. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act.

No guaranteed outcome

The service does not guarantee cost savings, revenue, successful automation, tool performance, implementation results, or regulatory acceptance. Any future pilot or implementation should be tested and governed for its actual context.

Refunds and changes

Order-specific cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions will be stated before payment. Requests that add workflows, materially change the business question, or require new analysis may require a revised scope and fee.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Change Collaboration LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Total liability related to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service, unless an applicable written agreement or law requires otherwise.

Updates

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use of the site after an update is subject to the revised website terms. Terms for a confirmed purchase remain governed by the applicable order documents.
